REH Drafting & Design LLC provides drafting and design services only. This firm does not provide licensed architecture or engineering services. Stamped architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and energy compliance documents are provided by separately contracted licensed professionals as your project requires.

Phase 01

Consult

We start with a conversation about your goals, site, and budget. You share existing plans, photos, or sketches; we review scope and confirm fit before quoting a fixed fee.

Design

Schematic floor plans and elevations come together in AutoCAD. We iterate with you on layout, openings, and key details until the design reflects what you want to build.

Document

The full construction document set is produced — sections, details, schedules, and code notes — and coordinated with any structural, MEP, or energy consultants on the project.
