REH Drafting & Design LLC provides drafting and design services only and is not a licensed architect or engineer. Stamped architectural, structural, and engineering documents, when your project requires them, come from separately contracted licensed professionals.
What each tier includes
PDF + CAD for a simple, well-defined layout in a typical shell space.
PDF + CAD with coordination of your consultants' engineering and other drawings. Fits most office and retail TIs.
Full package with extra coordination hours, for complex TIs like restaurant, medical or dental.
